AAI Conference activates electronic funds transfer for registration

EFTDelegates to Africa Australia Infrastructure Conference 2012 can now transfer their registration fees electronically from their local bank across the globe.

The decision to include an electronic fund transfer platform was made to enable delegates from anywhere in the globe to transfer their registration fees from the convenience of their mobile devices and local bank.

Austrade supports Africa Australia Conference 2012

AustradeThe Australia Government Trade Commission (Austrade) has thrown their weight behind Africa Australia Infrastructure Conference 2012 billed for Sydney inSeptember 2012.

In addition to headlining the Conference Program with David Landers, General Manger of International Operations, Austrade are providing support to ensure the success of the AAI conference 2012.

The Austrade management also approved the use of Austrade standard brand mark as a key supporter of the AAI Conference. More information on Austrade support will be announced soon.

 

Botswana Information Hub to attend AAI Conference

Botswana Innovation HubThe Botswana Information Hub (BIH) has confirmed their participation at the inaugural Africa Australia Infrastructure Conference 2012. According to information received from the Botswana High Commission in Canberra, the leading information technology hub in Africa has confirmed their interest to make presentations on investment and business opportunities in the information technology sector in Botswana.

The proposed projects and delegation will be made available on the Conference website as soon as possible. Watch this space for more.

Malawi Government to attend the AAI Conference

MalawiThe planning team of Africa Australia Infrastructure Conference 2012 is happy to announce that Malawi Government has confirmed its participation at the forthcoming Conference in September.

In a letter sent from the embassy of Federal Republic of Malawi in Japan, the Malawi Government listed the following Government officials as confirmed delegates to the Conference. They are:

1. Secretary for Transport and Public Infrastructure

2. Secretary for Trade and Industry

3. Secretary for National Resources, Energy and Environment.

The Conference planning team will soon post the digital biodata of each confirmed Malawi Government representatives on the conference website.

AAI Conference offers Sydney Airport Corporate Transfer Service

Limousine transferThe AAI Conference planning team is offering Sydney Airport transfer option for  all conference delegates.  For  AUD$75.00, the Conference Office  will arrange for a driver to meet  delegate(s)  at the  arrival hall  of  Sydney Domestic  or International  airport and transfer delegate(s)  to their desired destination in the CBD. The Conference Office can also arrange group airport transfer for delegates that wants to travel together to their accommodation in the CBD.

Conference delegate airport transfer booking can only  be  secured once delegate  confirm their flight number, arrival date, time, and the number of passengers that will be travelling. The Airport Transfer service to Sydney CBD  can be accessed in the conference online and hard copy registration forms .

Early Bird Registration Opens

The Africa Australia Infrastructure Conference Office  has opened the early bird registration for the September 2012 international event.  The early registration fee is AUD $995 while the standard registration will be AUD $1250 after July 31th 2012.

To qualify for early bird registration, conference delegate registration fee must be received by the 31 July 2012.  Registration fees are based on date of payment receipt, not the date of receipt of registration form.
