Australian delegates – pay in $AUS via credit or debit card using Stripe

You may pay in AUD$ via Stripe. This will be available during the checkout process – select ‘credit card payment’.

Overseas Delegates – payment in $US by EFT/Bank Transfer only

All payments for overseas attendees are in US$. For example, a ticket covering both days of the conference will cost $1100USD not $1100AUD, and one day will cost $550USD not $550AUD. Bank transfers payable in USD$ to AATIC.

Cancellation Statement: Cancellations received in writing at the Conference Office by 1st June 2018 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an administrative fee of AUD $100. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.

Transfer of registration: Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Conference Office prior to the Conference. Non-attendance: No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
